This project required gutting a 16,000 square foot 1960’s library to create a new student services center. The new interior design includes classrooms, offices, campus radio station, lounge areas and storage areas for commuting students.
All mechanical and electrical systems were also replaced.

The project was bid at the beginning of January 1997 and completed in July 1997.
